(Very important: We cannot accommodate same day bookings; our administrative office needs 3 day advance notice of all guests visiting) . Rates are subject to change until reservation is booked. 50% of rental total amount* is due upon reserving the Condo, the other 50% is due 30 days before your arrival date (per rental agreement). Pay Securely with Credit Card on HomeAway/VRBO /Expedia reservation sites.

An additional guest fee for groups larger than 6 will apply to your nightly rate (this is industry standard for island condominiums, hotels, and resorts). Please ask me if you have any questions about this fee.
Note: Book with confidence, we will always provide a 100% refund to any booking directly affected by a catastrophic weather event, such as, a major hurricane. The Security Deposit is fully refundable directly by HomeAway/VRBO (per rental agreement). The Property Damage Protection plan $59.00 (is a low cost insurance provided by HomeAway/VRBO to cover any damages during your stay). Contact owner for additional information, if needed.
